Sony Acquires Convergent, and we look forward to the ad screens integrated systems from Sony

Sony announced on completion of the acquisition of a company Convergent - specialized in systems and techniques of advertising and publishing content via the large electronic screens - at a time that is not declared any of the parties to the transaction value. Company Convergent, as described by Sony, was over the past years a close associate of the Japanese company and is working on different systems that are exploited for the dissemination of advertisements and various forms of content across large screens that we see in airports, malls, cinemas and other public places. What we can conceive of the benefit accruing to Sony on this deal is limited to two main areas, first is the digital display Alsenemaii large, high cost and controlled largely by Sony and is used for systems in a large proportion of cinemas around the world The other area is the area of display ad sizes where it can be different for Sony after the deal, bringing to this provision of integrated systems provide Alhardoer Sony part with its own software based systems that run these ad techniques Convergent.
